Capron Cemetery Association annual meeting will be held Tuesday, May 3, at 2 p.m. in the Capron Rural Fire Department building in Capron, Oklahoma.
On the agenda will be election of officers. Current officers are: Eleanor Ring, chairman; Mark Gray, vice chairman; and Mark Schwerdtfeger, secretary and treasurer. Other board members are Jim Jacobs and Jane Thompson.
Other items on the agenda will be the results of getting SB 335 passed, which allows the cemetery to revert unused cemetery plots, the progress of hiring a ground penetrating radar to locate some unmarked graves and the usual mainten...
