Kiowa's own Steele Smith wins World Champion Junior High Team Roping Header title

 

Imagine a 12 year old cowboy from Kiowa, Kansas, fresh out of sixth grade, walking into the arena of the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter with his 13-year-old partner, also just out of sixth grade from Ingalls, Kansas, to compete for the World Champion Junior High Team Roping title.
