The Avard Regional Rail Park Authority convened for its monthly meeting last Tuesday. Stan Bixler, Todd Holder and Ed Sutter reached the quorum, with Allan Poe joining a little later. Woods County Clerk Shelley Reed and WCEDC Executive Director Jeremy Zeller were present, while Emblem Strategies' Josh McClintock and Brent Bates joined virtually. The board approved previous meeting minutes and then reviewed the rail park's financials.
