Kiowa's City Council September meeting lasted about four hours. Near two hours of that meeting was a presentation about a solar panel farm. That is the subject of this article.
Greg Wright with Priority Power, a Texas-based company, returned for the second time to talk more details of a potential solar panel farm in Kiowa. Earlier this year, Priority built such a plant in Beloit, Kansas.
