The teachers at Alva Middle have selected Kaylen Woods and Cole Justice, eighth grade; Daisy Ceniceros and Kase Martin, seventh grade; and Addisyn Gordon and John Thoma, sixth grade as AMS Students of the Month for August.
Kaylen Woods is in eighth grade and is the daughter of Kyle and Keli Woods. Her grandparents are Ben and Charla Randall, Tom and Nancy Woods, and Steve Bontrager. Her favorite classes are math, ag and athletics. She is involved in student council, basketball, softball, cross country, track, FFA and TSA. In the future, she would like to be a teacher.
