Weather-wise, Kiowa's Fall Fest temperatures were perfect. Kids of all ages with original Halloween costumes, like witches, and the latest trends filled the sidewalks ready to have the winners selected. Kiowa's Chamber of Commerce sponsors the afternoon event for the community fun. One tiny malfunction was the chamber's flyers and online updates had two different times for the Halloween costume judging.
