Fixing runway lights a priority at Alva Regional Airport

The runway lights at the Alva Regional Airport are out again, presenting a safety issue for aircraft. The lack of lights means no air ambulance fixed-wing aircraft can make landings for medical transport after dark. There’s also a financial impact, preventing travelers from landing at night to buy fuel.
