Monday—Chicken and sausage cassoulet, carrots, biscuit, strawberries and bananas (diabetic: strawberries and bananas)
Tuesday—Tuna noodle casserole, green beans, ambrosia, garlic bread, peanut butter cookies (diabetic: shortbread cookies)
Wednesday—Salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas, hot roll, coconut cream pie (diabetic: coconut cream pie)
Thursday—Pork roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, zucchini and yellow squash, hot roll, chocolate cake (diabetic: chocolate cake)
