At their regular meeting on Monday, the Alva Board of Education heard reports from all five school principals on action steps in the updated strategic plan. Board members present were Jane McDermott, Tiffany Slater, Shane Hansen, Karen Koehn and Larry Parker.

Superintendent Tim Argo went over each of the action steps before asking the principals to speak.
