NWTC completes food truck project and marketing competition

Last week, Northwest Technology Center students from the Computer and Business Program at Alva wrapped up a Food Truck Project and Marketing Competition. Judges from outside the school evaluated the projects and selected the winners in six different categories.
In preparation for the project, students heard from two guest speakers who are food truck owners, Joe Phillips with Frosty Joe's Snow Cones and Rickie Ofiu with Rickie's Sweets and Eats.
