Woods County Commissioners approve road crossing

The Woods County Commissioners approved a road crossing, the junking of some computers and a transfer to pay for a tractor on Monday. Chairman John Smiley opened the meeting with Commissioners David Hamil and Randy McMurphy present along with County Clerk Shelley Reed.
A road crossing permit was approved in District 3 for Targa Pipeline Midcontinent WestOK LLC. The location is from 11-24-13 to 12-24-13 for a gas line and a permit fee of $500.
The commissioners approved a resolution to participate in Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart settlement agreements.
