Burlington grad Dr. Megan (Dippel) Darrow to speak at commencement Thursday

A third-generation Burlington Elk is the commencement speaker for the BHS Graduation Thursday night at 7 p.m. She is Dr. Megan (Dippel) Darrow who graduated with the Class of 1997.
Her mother Sue (Jenkinson) Diel graduated from BHS in 1969. Sue's father and Megan's grandfather was Manford Jenkinson who graduated in 1939. He was later a longtime president on Burlington's Board of Education from 1954 to 1988. His wife was Margaret.
Dr. Darrow will address the 10 graduates in Burlington's Class of 2023 at the ceremony which begins at 7 p.m.
