PEO Chapter C celebrates Cinco de Mayo

PEO Chapter C sisters gathered for this season's finale featuring a Cinco de Mayo luncheon in the home of Recording Secretary Tena Martin. Hostesses Billie Buckles, Rhonda Cook and Tena Martin delighted the group with grilled cauliflower tacos with red cabbage slaw, cilantro crema and avocado slices. Alongside was cilantro lime rice and black beans. Individual Bundt-tini cakes and strawberries completed the feast.
