$1 million later, Kiowa's General Store celebrates 30 years, needs volunteers

There's no government involvement – just devoted volunteers who've turned your donated leftovers into treasures the last 30 years. Kiowa's General Store helps shoppers find super bargains and in turn uses the money raised to give back to the community to the tune of nearly a million dollars.

Kiowa's General Store President Janet Robison said, "In the last 30 years we have had over a million dollars in sales and have given back to our communities $900,000.00. It's all been done with volunteers! This could not have happened without our loyal volunteer workers from the past and the present."
