Sen. Roland Pederson, R-Burlington, welcomed a group of Taiwanese business executives as they arrived at the state Capitol Tuesday. Pederson was joined by other state officials and guests at a reception to greet the group and welcome them to Oklahoma.

“Taiwan has been a long-standing partner of our state and I always enjoy getting to interact with their businesspeople, government officials and other visitors,” Pederson said. “I was greeted by incredibly kind people when I visited Taiwan a few years ago, so I was happy to return the favor upon their arrival in Oklahoma.”
