The Woods County commissioners signed a proclamation declaring this as 4-H Week during their Monday morning meeting. Woods County Extension Educator Susan Holliday said there are approximately 120 4-H members in the county among three clubs. There are also two Cloverbuds clubs for younger kids. The 4-H members will have special activities commemorating this special week. When Commissioner David Hamil heard baking mentioned, he offered to be a cookie tester. Accompanying Holliday to the meeting was Katy Barger, the new Extension Educator for Ag and 4-H.
