The Alva Parks and Recreation Board had a short meeting Wednesday afternoon. There wasn’t much on the agenda, but the board members present took the opportunity to ask Mayor Kelly Parker and City Business Manager Steve Ford some questions.

Chairman Shane Hansen opened the meeting with Gregg Glass, Heath Shelite and Matt Tucker present, just enough for a quorum. Not present were Chad Fisher, Gail Swallow and Brandon Sherman. Parks and Recreation Director Courtney Nesseralla was also absent.
