Four Kiowa City Council candidates run for three open positions

In the election next Tuesday, Nov. 7, four individuals are vying for three open positions on Kiowa's City Council. Three of those people currently serve on the council and one has not served but would like to.
The Newsgram sent a uniform questionnaire to each candidate asking the following questions: If you've served what have you accomplished and are most proud of; Why are you qualified to serve; Why are you running; Volunteerism and community involvement; Your Top 3 priorities for the City of Kiowa; Anything else you want people to know.
