In a recent article, Jamie Lee Curtis added, “But don’t say it mean.”

Patton would never have been accused of that ending! The question is: how aggressive do you need to be to get your point across? At its core, saying what you mean underscores the importance of clarity, sincerity and consistency in our interpersonal relationships.
