Special meetings of the Alva City Council and Alva Economic Development Authority (AEDA) were held last Thursday, March 7, at 4:30 p.m. Mayor Kelly Parker opened the meeting with councilmembers Daniel Winters, Taylor Dowling, Gail Swallow, Sadie Bier, Troy Brooks, Joe Parsons and Greg Bowman present. Dr. Garrett Lahr was absent.
