After hours upon hours of practice and tweaking performance and gaining experience at numerous competitions, South Barber's forensics team has seven students who have qualified so far for the state championship in May.
South Barber High School (SBHS) Forensics Coach Meagan Henry said the team is nearing the end of the regular competition season. They host the Heart of the Plains League tournament on Tuesday, April 2, and then compete at the South Central Last Chance meet on Thursday, April 4.
