I love the condiment mustard a whole lot! I love mustard on hot dogs, brats, scrambled eggs, and many other foods. Our Lord Jesus Christ loves mustard as well, so much so that he compares the kingdom of heaven to a mustard seed in Matthew, Mark and Luke. Jesus uses the tiny size of the mustard seed when planted, and the resulting growth to a tree-sized plant, to indicate the powerful growth of the church.
