Drug arrest results from traffic stop

A traffic stop last weekend in Alva landed the driver in jail on a marijuana charge. Kobee Lane Barnett, 18, of Alva has been charged with distribution of controlled dangerous substance – including possession with intent to distribute, a felony. This crime is punishable by imprisonment for two years to life or a fine of up to $20,000, or both imprisonment and fine.
