Ty and Sharon Harper of Freedom, Oklahoma, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Kylee Jeanne Harper to Cody Vincent Forell, son of Guy and Kelly Forell of Alva, Oklahoma.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Alva High School and Ft. Hays State University. She is currently employed at the OU Medical Center as a radiologic technologist.

Kylee's fiancé is a graduate of Alva High School who attended Ft. Hays State University before transferring to Oklahoma State University where he will finish a degree in civil engineering next May. Cody is currently working as an intern with Sunflower Electric Cooperative in Great Bend, Kansas, during school breaks.

Grandparents of the bride are Harold and the late Jeanne Hepner of Freedom, Oklahoma; Bob and Darla Hobelman of Derby, Kansas; and the late Dick Harper, Robert Fletcher Jr. and John Rogers.

Grandparents of the groom are Jerry and Carol Freitag of Victoria, Kansas, and Artyce Forell-Hoppe and the late Bud Forell of Phillipsburg, Kansas.

The couple will be married Aug. 11 at the First United Methodist Church in Alva, with a reception to follow.

They will honeymoon in Jamaica and reside in Stillwater, until graduation.
