Christmas is finally over. At least the commercialization is over. The reason for the season, the Birth of our Lord and Savior, celebration is too short.

If you need Valentine's Day stuff, Walmart had it out before Christmas was over.

We had a great Scribner breakfast Christmas morning. It had a late start because for some reason the oven shut down on its own. The food got done and it all worked out fine. One of the few things that is better than it used to be is I don't have to travel anymore. Just offer free food and they all show up at our house.

We hope 2019 will be an improvement over 201...
