I try not to dwell every week about COVID-19, elections and the Boy Scouts' problems because I am sure you are already getting all you can stand on the news.
A legislator has proposed legislation to stiffen up penalties for rioters and looters. He also wants to make rioters responsible for damages. Seems like a plan to me.
Another legislator said it was going to cause protesters to have second thoughts about protesting. He also said it was an infringement on freedom of speech. This Black Democrat missed the point, I think. If you can have a peaceful protest without looters and rioters, it woul...
