All members were present for the Woods County Excise Board meeting Wednesday morning in Alva. Chairman Joe Shirley led the meeting with members Chris Olson and Bob Seivert present. County Clerk Shelley Reed was also at the meeting.

After approving the special meeting minutes of Aug. 11, board members voted to approve the following monthly appropriations:

Resolution 21-22-14 setting the Woods County 2022 holiday schedule was approved. Board members also approved the Excise/Equalization Boards regular meeting dates for 2022.

Shirley made a motion, seconded by Seivert, to approve the transfer of the ETR funds for District #2 to a restricted department within the CBRI fund #1103-6100-2005 in the amount of $240,000.00. All members voted in favor.
