The November meeting of The Little Red Hens, a women's service group, took place at the Cancun Restaurant on Nov. 16 at 6 p.m.

Members discussed the elementary fall festival; the group agreed it was a huge success thanks to all the hard work by the members of The Little Red Hens as well as the awesome support from several groups from Alva High School and Northwestern Oklahoma State University who helped with setting up and working the event.

The group sent out five free tickets to each child in the Alva elementary schools and additional tickets were 25 cents each. Everyone had a great time and...
