It was a short meeting Wednesday morning for the Woods County Excise Board. Chairman Joe Shirley opened the meeting with board members Chris Olson and Bob Seivert present. County Clerk Shelley Reed was also at the meeting.

After approving minutes of the Feb. 15 meeting, the board members discussed monthly appropriations for the county. They were curious about a donation of $7,720 to the sheriff’s office.
