The Senior Citizens Center is in desperate need of four volunteers (one a day) to deliver to home bound clients. If interested please call 580-327-1822. If you have some time, this is a very rewarding way to give back to the community and meet people happy to share your time.
Last week there were two shows that I really enjoyed. One was honoring the Beach Boys, and the other was honoring Paul Simon. The modern singers doing the Beach Boys songs did a good job, considering most of them weren't born when the Beach Boys were popular in the '60s. The only bummer for me was they didn't play “409.”...
