Sometimes ignorance is bliss

One evening last week I ran across a post selling a nice looking 2012 car with 77,000 miles on it for $2,500. I had a friend looking for a car and this would fit the bill. One of my other friends was selling it, and I trusted them. The person was out of town and needed a $500 deposit to hold it for me. I told her that I would just pay her when she got back from her trip. She insisted that I put up the deposit and told me of four or five ways to get the money in her hands.
