    A Capron man was injured in a collision Tuesday in Alfalfa County. Robert Wayne Wright, 72, was admitted for head, arm, trunk external and leg injuries at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was listed in stable condition. Wright was flown to Oklahoma City by Air Evac of Kingfisher. The two-vehicle collision occurred Tuesday, April 3, at 4:02 p.m. on State Highway 11 at County Road 580 approximately four-tenths of a mile east of Burlington.     A community Easter sunrise service was held on the bluffs south of Freedom on Easter Morning at 7 a.m. Pastor Mark Kinkel presided over the service. Breakfast was then served at the Christian Church. A wonderful breakfast of biscuits, sausage gravy, breakfast casseroles, fruit bowl and cinnamon rolls was provided by the ladies of the two churches. Fellowship was enjoyed during the breakfast.     DURANT, OKLA. – The East Central University softball team fell in the first Great American Conference games of the 2018 season against arch rival Southeastern Oklahoma State.     SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist sophomore Kim Moosbacher earned Great American Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week honors, the league announced Wednesday. Moosbacher, who hails from Cologne, Germany, was 2-0 in singles and in doubles, leading OBU to wins over Seward County and Arkansas Tech.     SHAWNEE – Leah Molter is the Great American Conference Women's Track Athlete of the Week, it was announced Tuesday. The junior from La Mesa, California, swept the relay events at the OBU Invitational, picking up a quarter of Oklahoma Baptist's eight event wins at the meet. She won the 100-meter hurdles in 14.11 and beat the field in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.63. Molter marks the first Lady Bison athlete to earn the conference honor this year.
