    Three Cherokee residents are facing misdemeanor charges in Alfalfa County after allegedly using a credit card without the cardholder’s consent. Court records show on Wednesday, Jan. 10, John Patton of Cherokee spoke with Cherokee Police Chief Ryan McNeil regarding the unauthorized use of his credit card as well as the theft of approximately $200 in coins.
