    At the regular Monday meeting, the Woods County commissioners appointed Elisa Pribble of District 2 to the fair board. She will replace Brody Bush.     At this Monday's regular Woods County commissioners meeting, the group approved several contracts with juvenile detention centers. Contracts with both the Beckham County Juvenile Detention Center and the Northwest Oklahoma Regional Juvenile Detention Center were approved, each in the amount of $58 per child per day, for the 2019-20 fiscal year.     Woods County commissioners held an emergency meeting moments before their regular Monday morning meeting May 27 to discuss – and ultimately approve – a Disaster Emergency Proclamation for the county.     In Ryan Bowen's first year in 2018, the club finished with a record of 24-25 with a 16-17 conference record. Prior to the 2018 season, the Ranger baseball team finished with 14 wins in both the 2016 and 2017 seasons. Currently, the team has a 23-23 record.     ALVA, Okla. –The Alva Goldbugs swept Hennessey 2-0 in the Districts 3A tournament championship Thursday evening.     The Goldbugs dropped to the losers bracket in the district tournament Friday night as Alva lost 55-45 to Prague.
