    Waukomis, Okla. – The Alva Ladybugs move on to 2-0 as the Ladybugs beat the Timberlake Lady Tigers 65-18 in the first round of the Mustang Stampede.     At the Woods County commissioners' special Wednesday morning meeting Oct. 9, commissioners John Smiley, David Hamil and Chairman Randy McMurphy approved action to purchase a new Cat grader for District 3. The grader was purchased from Warren Cat through Sourcewell (which provides cooperative purchasing arrangements) with financing included.     The Alva Ladybugs softball team fell to 0-26 on the season as the team lost its final game to Prague 17-1. The first two innings for Prague amounted to 14 runs as the game was blown wide open in the second inning, when Prague scored ten runs.
